Hi, we’re Sally and Nick. We do home renovation projects for fun and occasionally take on real estate investment projects for profit.

We don’t know what we’re doing. We’re just doing what all you other brave creators are doing and watching YouTube to learn as we go. Nick does have experience doing drywall with his family business as a kid and teen, which is why we try to avoid drywall at all costs. He’s definitely the handy one with the muscles. I occasionally have an eye for design and am learning from Nick how to do flooring, tile, electrical, plumbing, etc. etc.
